Why hasn't my deposit been credited to my account?
You might notice a short delay when making deposits. For instance, bank transfers can take a few moments to be processed. This is nothing to be worried about, we kindly ask you to refresh the page after a few minutes to see if the deposit has been credited.
This can also vary depending on your bank, depending on the time & day you make the deposit request it may be processed by your bank during operational hours.
In other instances if the deposit has not been credited to your gaming account but you have noticed that it has been debited from your payment account, we ask that you take a screenshot of the payment confirmation and get in touch with our support team, we will then contact the necessary department to get the deposit credited for you.
This is a rare occurrence & it is good to note that if we can't get the deposit processed it will be returned within 1-2 working days.
When will I receive my withdrawal?
We aim to pay your withdrawal within 2 working days, once we have processed this from our end, the time frame for you to receive it does depend on your withdrawal method, you can check our Payments Page to see the time frames associated with your withdrawal method.
Please note that if documents are required to complete the account verification the withdrawal will not be processed until this has been completed, please check your email to see if we have requested documents to verify your account.
Am I required to pay taxes on my winnings?
The Account Holder is solely responsible for handling and paying any applicable taxes on their prize winnings. For more details, please refer to our Terms and Conditions.
Why has my deposit been declined?
Deposits can be declined for a number of reasons. Here are some handy steps you can follow to try & resolve the issue:
1: Be sure to check if you have received any communication from your Bank/Payment method of choice with a reason why it was declined.
2: Check that your payment method is still valid.
3: The payment method is registered in your name.
4: Ensure that you do not have any pop-up blockers enabled, this could prevent the 3DS verification window from showing which would be needed to confirm the payment.
5: If possible try using a different deposit Method.
